After downloading, extract the ZIP file and read the included START HERE.txt file before opening the app.

Installation Instructions

Windows

  1. Download and extract the Windows ZIP file.
  2. Before opening the app, read and follow the instructions in the included START HERE.txt file.

Because MusicViz Studio is a new independent application, Microsoft Defender SmartScreen may display a warning the first time you open it. The included instructions explain how to proceed safely, by clicking More info > Run anyway.

macOS

  1. Download and extract the correct macOS ZIP file.
  2. Before opening the app, read and follow the instructions in the included START HERE.txt file.

Because MusicViz Studio is not currently signed or notarized by Apple, macOS may block it the first time you open it. The included instructions explain how to approve the app through System Settings > Privacy & Security.

Getting Started

When you open MusicViz Studio for the first time, the built-in guided walkthrough will show you the basic workflow:

Import your song → Add your cover art → Choose a visualizer → Add effects → Export your video

Step-by-step instructions and helpful tooltips are also available inside the app.
